Safe food kitchen on our exhibition stand

We had great fun designing and building this exhibition stand for Safe food. Safe food is an all island government department responsible for food hygiene and safe practice with all aspects of food production and consumption. Safe food asked us to design an exhibition stand to highlight the transfer and origination of germs in the kitchen. We designed a mock television set to illustrate where germs are found and the subsequent hazzards. We created G.S.I – Germ Scene Investigation and designed and built a highly interactive exhibition stand which engaged the public in finding through investigation on the stand, the “guilty party”…
