This is a good example of a project that is not a typical event or built within a typical venue. This was exclusively an outdoor event which was also a three week road show. It was an interactive event which required a bespoke cookery demo kitchen and AV/PA system to be transported, built and removed on a daily basis and all under the cover of one large inflatable dome with portable flooring.

Travelling direct to a selection of schools across NI using ingredients from Northern Irish suppliers such as Dale Farm, Dunbia and Moy Park, the Lidl Roadshow will provide families with all the essential tools to make the best of local produce part of the daily diet.

We are showcasing our ability to answer a unique brief, our ability to provide the skills required to transport this event across Northern Ireland over a three week period and continue to run a busy workshop using a successful production schedule.

We were employed by an event manager responsible for running the event – The eventor and who required a solution that would work in any weather condition on grass or a solid surface. We had to design and build something that would draw the attention to all of the pupils and surrounding areas when visible and also something that could be fully branded and re-usable for future events. The items also had to pack down into a van and be easily transportable and re-built each day.
